Growing rosemary in your garden is easy. It can be grown in a window-box, by you backdoor in a pot, or on your windowsill. And by having this herb close by, you can then cut off a fresh sprigs to use in your cooking.

Alternatively, place it around your home to add a relaxing and stress reducing aroma. This way you'll feel more rested before your head hits the pillow.

Peace lily

House plants have some incredible powers, including the ability to clean the air in your home. If you’re looking for a houseplant to help you out, then peace lilies were chosen by NASA as one of the best plants for air purification.

Cleaner air makes you happier, healthier and will help get a great night’s sleep. To keep them purifying the air, ensure the leaves are kept clean and clear by wiping them down with a damp cloth. Pop a few around your home in a bright spot out of direct sunlight and enjoy them as they clean the air.
